Our Journey at Confidence 2014

It was a great opportunity for us to do the grand release of Code Vigilant at Confidence 2014. Prajal Kulkarni, member of our team presented a paper titled “The Tale of 100 CVE’s” where we released the first 100 issues we found in WordPress CMS. This was one of the first conferences where we presented our research and the whole idea behind Code Vigilant.

The conference was hosted in the beautiful city of Krakow in Poland. With last minute packing, final presentation touch and the last day VISA stamping! yeah we had an exciting 14hrs journey to Poland. It was a two day conference and with more than 800+ participants it was really running on a house full show.

Since this research presentation was the first of its kind in the series of upcoming conferences, we presented our main walk through of how it was possible for us to find 100+ issues in WordPress Ecosystem. The idea was well appreciated by many participants and received a positive feedback.

We would like to thank the Confidence committee for hosting us and also not to forget the free beers every day 🙂
